At first I thought about creating this blog as an escape and to vent my problemas. However, I thought that since the world has so much negativity, I would instead post helpful information for your daily lives. So now, I'll post a graph showing you how to be able to run for 30 minutes straight with just 8 weeksof practice. Enjoy :)

Don't forget to stretch, you can hurt yourself if you don't, which severely hinders your 8 week plan.
